brief workshop outline

The Change Management workshop addresses change from a number of differing angles. The workshop explores the primary sources of change, the stakeholders and the potential reasons for initiating change. We then delve into the topic of organisational change and the impacts these changes can have throughout the whole organisation. Finally we discuss change management and how to implement and manage controls to minimise the damage caused by change. This workshop will provide managers with the necessary knowledge and tools to ensure they understand the variety of change implications and allow them to proactively manage this better. This workshop is focused towards the industry best practices on this subject.

Intended Audience: Key strategic staff, where time is limited and those who are not required to be practitioners of the subject matter.

Duration: 1 Day

Benefit: The focus of this workshop is to provide a high level understanding in order for the delegate to have the ability to discuss the concepts with their staff and clients.

professional workshop (cmg)

Intended Audience: Project office staff who are required to be practitioners of the subject matter or who may be required to work in a project environment. This would include project managers, team leaders and team members.

Duration: 1 Day

Benefit: The up skilled resource will be more efficient and productive in the work place, with the ability to influence those around them to the virtues of best practice change management techniques.
