brief course outline

The Project Simulation course is not a regular training course. It is a week long case study that brings all the knowledge areas, skills, tools and techniques into play to ensure the delegates are proficient and competent. Due to the nature of this course, there is no modified executive duration, if you want to know what your project staff are dealing with on a daily basis, jump into the trenches and join them for the week long experience.

Intended Audience: Project office staff who are required to be practitioners of the subject matter or who may be required to work in a project environment. This would include project managers, team leaders and team members.
