At the conclusion of the session, a written report will be provided. The report will include the overall impressions of the session and the progress of the individual. Our practitioner will provide you with any observations they may have made during the session, such as: any potential process improvements and any possible skills gaps. The report will conclude with the identification of a path for improvement and any lessons learned from the session.
