Our facilitators are experienced in conducting effective, time efficient training workshops which focus on knowledge transfer.

There are various benefits to attending a classroom style training workshop. Firstly, a skilled facilitator will be able to motivate the delegates and prompt them for appropriate input in order focus on the most pertinent learning objectives. Secondly, the delegates will be engaged in a focused class with no distractions to inhibit their learning ability. Finally, the delegates will have a combination of a structured process, exercises, case studies and the alignment of the learnings to real world experience which they will be able to implement into the workplace as soon as they return.

The workshops are conducted on an as needs basis.

The workshops will be driven by a skilled facilitator. The suggested participants should meet certain prerequisites in order for them to gain the maximum benefit from the workshop.

Depending on the subject matter and the required level of detail of the workshop, as well as the corporate level of the audience, the workshop durations can vary from 1 to 5 days.

The key to the success of any workshop is the actual knowledge transfer during the workshop and the ability of the delegates to implement this into their workplace. Our skilled facilitators focus on ensuring the principles of the material are understood and place little emphasis on short term memory retention. The ability of the delegate to comprehend the principles of the subject are aligned to their prerequisite knowledge before hand. A suitable venue to conduct such a workshop including the necessary presentation media is required.

At the conclusion of the workshop, a written report will be provided. The report will include the overall impressions of the workshop and the test scores of each individual (if testing is required). Our facilitator will provide you with any observations they may have made during the workshop, such as: any potential process improvements, any possible skills gaps. The report will conclude with the identification of a path for improvement and any lessons learned from the workshop.
